PR agency for new global logistics client requests entirely new corporate film delivered from scratch for preview at an event in USA in 8 days’ time (including a Bank Holiday). A challenge.

Day 1
Meet Client and Agency to discuss brief and avert panic.

Day 2
Recce Location. Book Crew. Arrange Shoot and Edit.

Day 3 (Bank Holiday)
Come up with achievable creative treatment. Write and submit draft one of script. Hurrah! They like it, we are in business, must book the v/o artist.

Day 4
One day’s location shoot, 2 cameras, sound and (lots of) time lapse

Day 5
Load rushes, select music from composer’s library and some high quality, relevant footage from own library and those of 2 members of the production team. Edit under way.

Day 6
Offline edit complete, 3D and Motion Graphics designed and built. Voice-over recorded

Day 7
Online edit finalised, fully colour graded and uploaded for download in USA.

Day 8
Showtime. 3’40” corporate piece has its world premiere to great reviews all round. Job done, thanks to a capable, professional and flexible team:
