The brief was to explain simply and effectively how global minerals leader Sibelco’s advanced glass recycling plants efficiently turn waste into refined, sorted raw material for new glass products.

Our solution was bold, different and pretty much the opposite of a standard corporate message.

We collected boxes of empty bottles of all shapes and sizes (yes, it was a revealing insight into the Veracity team’s drinking habits), brought them along to our High Speed crew’s studio and basically had a shattering time, filming the action at speeds of up to 2500 fps on the unique Phantom Flex. We also filmed coloured glass “cullet” fragments, supplied by Sibelco from their recycling facility, which is the precious raw material at the heart of the infinite recycling loop and a lot easier to work with than your average broken bottles.

The result is colourful, absorbing and powerful as it tells the story purely with astounding high definition, slow motion imagery and elegant animated text.
