Having experimented with leeks, spring onions and cabbage it is apparent that you really can’t beat dropping a broccoli spear into a tin of green paint for a wildly sculptural effect.
Weirdly wonderful.
To make a bigger splash we dropped a collection of spring onions (or scallions if you’re from Ireland) and broccoli spears into a tin of Spring Greens Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen paint and filmed the results at over 2000 frames per second on the Phantom camera. Groovy.
